¿Para quién son adecuados los estudios?
Los estudios están destinados a estudiantes de entre 18 y 27 años que se trasladan temporalmente a La Haya por motivos de estudio. Puedes optar si:

The studios are fully furnished and feature a private living/sleeping area, kitchen and bathroom. Depending on the apartment type, the studio may also have its own balcony. You only need to bring your personal belongings.
Who are the studios intended for?

The studios are intended for students aged 18 to 27 who are temporarily moving to The Hague because of their studies. You may be eligible if you:
• are between 18 and 27 years old when signing the tenancy agreement; and
• are temporarily relocating to The Hague from another municipality in the Netherlands for your studies, or are moving to the Netherlands from abroad to study.

You must also meet the requirements for obtaining a municipal housing permit (huisvestingsvergunning) from the Municipality of The Hague.

Municipal housing permit – Municipality of The Hague
A municipal housing permit (huisvestingsvergunning) from the Municipality of The Hague is required before you can occupy the studio. You must apply to the municipality. The municipality assesses each application and may consider factors such as your income, personal circumstances and residency status. You will need to provide the required supporting documents.

NederWoon can guide you through the application process and, with your authorisation, can submit the application on your behalf. The municipality charges an application fee. Please allow sufficient time for the municipality to process your application. The permit must be granted before you move into the studio. Meeting the target-group criteria does not automatically guarantee approval; the municipality makes the decision on each application independently.
