Sayhaey Spinoza is located in Amsterdam Zuidoost, a diverse and vibrant neighborhood. Besides the existing student housing Sayhaey will offer one-person apartments for young people, as well as 12 single-parent family apartments for anyone in need of their own place.

The first 104 apartments will be delivered from February 2026, with an additional 207 apartments available from April 2026.

Sayhaey Spinoza consists of multiple buildings on an open campus. In total, there are 311 one-person apartments in addition to the existing student housing.

The campus is spacious, with entrances on all sides. Each apartment building has a central entrance and stairwell. Each apartment includes:

• Kitchen with sink, mixer tap, storage space, extractor hood, and connection for a cooktop (not included)
• Bathroom with toilet, sink with mirror, and shower cabin with thermostatic tap
• Heating via radiator (living/bedroom) and towel radiator (bathroom)
• Blackout curtains included
• Delivered without flooring, lighting, or furniture

Each apartment has its own front door, which means you are eligible for housing allowance.
