The location Naritaweg & Barajasweg is located in a 5 minute walking distance from train station Amsterdam Sloterdijk, where you can also find a tram station and bus station. Nothing to complain about accessibility, while you can set foot on Amsterdam Central Station in 5 minutes by train.
The building consists of 3 separate buildings, with each having its own elevator and an in-house parking garage for bikes as well as cars. Tenants with a car can rent a parking spot here for a reduced price. Further, each building has a small roof terrace, a laundry room which is open 24/7 and faces a cute inner garden with many flowers.

The neighborhood
Nowadays, Sloterdijk is still a neighborhood with lots of offices and hotels, but as being an emerging area, many apartments and restaurants will open shortly.
You will find the Westerpark in only a 5 minute tram or bike ride away from the building. This is a park with a very nice architecture and a vivid nightlife. Besides this, it contains an art cinema, a tv production site and a brewery. During festival season, many food- and dance festivals are being held here, amongst the biggest food truck festival of The Netherlands: De Rollende Keukens. The world famous ADE also hosts some of its dance events in one of the sightly buildings on the premises.

The studios
The location offers a wide variety of studios, from 22m2 to 51m2. All studios have their own bathroom with toilet, kitchen with electric hob and refrigerator with freezer, curtains and carpet. Some studios are also furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk and office chair. In these cases, the service charge will be higher compared with the unfurnished studios. To end with, all rooms have a stable Wi-Fi connection, which is of course very important these days.
