The studio is approximately 22m2 and features a private kitchen (with refrigerator, electric hob, and oven/microwave), a private luxury bathroom with shower & toilet, and is furnished with flooring and curtains. You will also have access to an individual/lockable storage room of approximately 6m2 in the basement of the complex.
The pleasant complex also offers a communal game room with a pool table, foosball, and dartboard, communal washing and drying machines, a shared back and front garden, a roof terrace, and (covered) bicycle storage.
The location is excellent: a bus stop right outside, within walking distance of Ede station, Ede-Wageningen station, a supermarket, the Museumplein Ede entertainment area, sports facilities, and of course, the center of Ede.
The studio is not suitable for couples, and pets are not allowed. We are looking for a student who wishes to rent for a maximum of 12 months.
The basic rent is approximately EURO ****** per month. Additional service and furnishing costs, including gas/water/electricity, amount to approximately EURO 172,- per month.
Rent benefit of up to EURO 320,- per month may be possible depending on your income.
