This studio is located on the 4rd floor.

*Conditions and extra costs:

• We only rent to students. If you are no longer a student, you have to leave the studio within 6 months
• The minimum rental period is 12 months
• We reserve the right to reject candidates without giving reasons
• Sublease is not allowed and actively checked.
• You must purchase your own router in order to have access to internet connection and digital television signal in your studio

In addition to the rent, the tenant owes the following fees:

• advance energy costs | €165,00 per month
• internet | €17,50 per month
• fee furnishing / upholstery | €50,00 per month
• washing machine | €12,50 per month

One time, in advance;

• Professional final cleaning | €115.00
