The entrance of the Randhoeve Houten complex is located on the Randhoeve in the center of Houten, right next to the NS station (10 train minutes from Utrecht Central). Upon entering, you will naturally see the traditional mailboxes but also the Bringme Box. With the Bringme Box, you can have your online ordered package delivered to your home without being home! The complex is accessible via a door equipped with a video intercom: this way you can see who is at the door. If you live on one of the floors, then choose either the elevator or take the stairs up.

You rent the studio fully furnished. There is already a PVC floor, the walls are covered with scan wallpaper, there are two curtain rails installed, one of which is already equipped with in-between curtains, and you do not need to hang up lamps because LED lighting is already installed in the ceilings. There is even thought about picture rails so you don’t have to drill your own holes.

When you enter, you have a nice L-shaped high-gloss kitchen with a fridge-freezer combination, ceramic cooktop, combination microwave, dishwasher (45cm) and a range hood. There is also a connection and drainage for a washing machine made under the countertop. You can sit at the short side of the kitchen. This way you live super efficiently in this studio.

The bathroom features a floating toilet, shower with shower fittings, and shower screen.

All apartments are equipped with an air conditioning system that allows you to heat, cool, and ventilate your living space in an energy-efficient manner.

Do you have a car? Then park it directly behind the Randhoeve. It is (for now) free and there is plenty of space.
