RENTAL PRICE AND DEPOSIT
The rental price excludes gas, water, electricity and municipal taxes. The rent is also excluding service costs of €40 euro per month. The deposit is equal to one month's gross rent. The deposit will be returned the moment the accommodation is delivered back to the landlord in minimal the same condition.
