The living/bedroom is furnished with two comfortable beds and provides enough space for a small sofa with a coffee table or a desk. A cable TV is also located in this room.

The kitchen is compact but practical and equipped with a refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, two-burner electric cooktop, extractor fan, sink, and sufficient cupboard space with kitchenware. The private bathroom includes a toilet, washbasin with cabinet, and a shower in the bathtub.

A shared washing machine is available on the ground floor, adjacent to the large communal kitchen.
