Schouwburgring studios with rent allowance option, provided you are over 23 years of age. The studio is unfurnished and is located on the 2nd floor of the complex.

Description:

Spacious living room with high ceilings, high-quality laminate flooring, lots of natural light, plenty of sockets, plastic window frames with double glazing and curtains.

The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner induction hob, extractor hood, oven and fridge with freezer compartment.

The living room enjoys plenty of natural light through the large windows. The studio will be delivered with curtains.

Sleeping loft available, so you can make optimal use of the living room!

The bathroom has a toilet, shower, washbasin, toilet roll holder, mirror, mechanical ventilation and new tiling. The bathroom is fully tiled.

Convenient storage loft available (located above the bathroom). The ladder to easily access this loft is included as standard.

Internet:

Internet and TV signal are included in the rent.

Washing machine/dryer:

The complex has communal areas with washing machines and dryers that you can use for a fee of EUR 3 per wash and EUR 1.50 per dry. The washing machines and dryers are coin-operated. The studios do not have their own washing machine connection.

Parking:

If you wish to park nearby, you must apply to the local council for a parking permit. The cost is approximately EUR 15.00 per month. De Huissleutel does not know how long the waiting time for a permit is. Please contact the local council in Tilburg for more information.

Bicycle storage:

There is a communal bicycle storage area for safe and dry storage of bicycles.

General smoking ban:

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the studios and throughout the complex, as required by the fire brigade and to prevent nuisance to fellow residents.

What do the service charges consist of?

Income requirement: minimum of EUR 1,250.00 net (consisting of, for example, a job or part-time job, student finance, savings, scholarship, student loan)

The landlord applies strict admission requirements. We therefore apply a procedure that takes place after the viewing and allocation of the studio. You can obtain more information about this via ******.

All candidates are subject to a credit check.

Only after approval by the letting party can we reserve the studio for you and place it on “option” for you.

Additional information:

Each studio has its own electricity meter, the heating is electric, and the relevant energy meter keeps track of the consumption per studio. There is no gas, as the heating in the studio is electric.
