AVAILABILITY & RENTAL PERIOD
The rental contract has an indefinite duration at the start as long as you are a student. The notice period is 1 calendar month.

RENTAL PRICE AND DEPOSIT
The rental price is excluding the advance payment of gas, electricity and water for the studio. For this, you can make your own contract with an energy supplier. TV, internet and municipal taxes are charged to the tenant. The service costs for the common areas are €50 euro per month.

ABOUT THE ACCOMMODATION
This studio is situated in the Hoogstraat on the second floor in the studio complex 'De Fabriek'. The building was newly completed some years ago and for that reason the flat is in a top condition. The studio has its own kitchen and separate bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. There is a common laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, these are shared with the other tenants. There is no connection for washing machine in the studio.
