Some years ago it's restored and transformed into a lovely house of approximately 190m2 with 3 bedrooms. LAYOUT
Ground floor
The entrance is on the side. Upon entering you enter the hall with toilet, a storage room and the hallway to all rooms including staircase. Here you can fully admire the original wooden roof construction. At the front the spacious living room, with modern open kitchen that is equipped with all conceivable built-in appliances from Siemens. At the back of the house is a bedroom, followed by the bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. In the bedroom an old fireplace has been transformed into a cupboard. The wall is tiled with old Dutch tiles. The entire ground floor has underfloor heating.
First floor
Via a fixed staircase you reach the landing on the first floor. This is spacious, so you could create an office here, for example. At the front and at the rear are two spacious bedrooms.
The house also has a large garden and space to park a car.
SURROUNDINGS
Living in a beautiful, protected nature reserve near Abcoude on the river Gein. In 5 minutes by bike you are in the village where various shops, specialty shops, restaurants, but also various primary schools, childcare, sports clubs and golf course can be found.
Abcoude train station and Gein metro station are within cycling distance.
You can sail to, for example, the Vinkeveense Plassen, Loosdrecht or Amsterdam. Perfect roads around Abcoude (A2, A9, A1). In 10-15 car minutes in the South of Amsterdam. In short, it is good to stay in Abcoude!
