Description

Located in the heart of De Pijp, overlooking Sarphatipark, this stunning, fully furnished, two-bedroom, east- and west-facing fourth-floor apartment with a large private roof terrace is an entertainer's delight. This modern apartment has air conditioning in both the living room and the main bedroom. From the living room and the roof terrace, you can enjoy spectacular views over Amsterdam, including Sarphatipark, with its fabulous cafés, shops and restaurants. Public transport connections, including various tram and bus lines and the North-South metro line, are just a short walk away.

Layout:
A communal entrance and a private staircase from the third floor lead to the apartment.

The bright, east-facing living room welcomes the morning sun through its three large windows and offers incredible views over Sarphatipark.

The large, modern, open-plan kitchen provides all the necessary amenities and space for hosting large dinner parties or intimate evenings for two. Featuring a SMEG six-burner stove with a large oven below, a second Miele combination convection and steam oven, a built-in fridge/freezer, dishwasher and plenty of storage space, this kitchen is ideal for people who love to cook.

The spacious main bedroom is located at the rear of the apartment. Featuring a large double bed (180 x 200 cm), wardrobes on either side, a storage unit at the foot of the bed, air conditioning and a ceiling fan, your comfort is guaranteed. Double doors from the bedroom open onto a large private balcony overlooking quiet inner gardens.

The second bedroom offers incredible flexibility thanks to its fold-down bed, while still providing enough space for a desk.

The stylish, modern Grando bathroom, renovated in September 2022 (images are for illustrative purposes only), features a walk-in rain shower, double sink, underfloor heating, storage cupboards, heated towel rail and a washer/dryer. The matching toilet is separate.

The apartment has many modern features, including beautifully fitted Philips Hue LED spotlights throughout (white and coloured lighting), ceiling fans and air conditioning that also functions as a heat pump, helping to reduce gas consumption during the colder winter months.

Finally, an internal staircase leads to the amazing, private, meticulously maintained roof terrace, offering panoramic views across the city. Perfect for barbecues, entertaining guests or simply enjoying a lazy weekend, this apartment has it all.
