One enters the apartment on the ground floor on one of the widest streets of Amsterdam. This gives a lot of spaciousness and light on the front side of the apartment. One passes through a hallway into the living area on the right hand side and the bathrooms and bedrooms on the left hand side.

There is one living room set up as a lounge / tv-room to the front of the apartment, with a small office in one of the crobers. A second living room is located in between the lounge and the kitchen. The second living room can be multipurpose use as it can be a formal dining area or a large office space. It is also easily converted into a lounge if the other living room is converted into a bedroom.

The kitchen is in the back and equipped with any modern appliance imagineable as well as a lot of storage options. There is an oven, dishwasher, induction stove, extractor, microwave, quooker, fridge and freezer. The kitchen overlooks the garden and has a skylight to make it one of the brightest rooms of the apartment. The double doors open up into the garden.

The garden is quite spacious and enjoys afternoon sun due to its northwest orientation. In the garden you will find an annex that has both electricity and heating, and can be used for a large variety of purposes.

Location:

With little to no effort you will quickly have a favorite gym, restaurant, breakfast cofffee or fresh bakery in the area.

There are several supermarkets within 500 meters and the quirky Maasstraat shopping street (butcher, baker, fishmonger and greengrocer) is literally around the corner. Around the other corner you will quickly find yourself in the Scheldestraat which has offers a large range of restaurants.

Beatrix park is a 10 minute walk away and Amstel park only 15 minutes. And beyond that you can quickly follow the Amstel river out into green pasture lands.

The area always has a lot of parking spots available, Sunday parking is free and access to A2, A10 and A1 is quick and direct. Parking permit has an estimated (1st of October 2026) waiting time of 5 months.

The Rooseveltlaan gives excellent access to public transit, as well as proximity (2 minutes) to the RAI wich has a metro station on the North-South line.
