The turnkey apartments have a weekly cleaning and linen service which are included in the monthly price. You can also use various facilities at no extra cost, such as exercising in the fitness room. Parking is possible in a subscription form in a nearby parking garage. All modern and fully furnished apartments are equipped with a seating area, a desk, tea and coffee making facilities, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a refrigerator and a microwave. In addition, the complex is air-conditioned.
