Livable is looking for one or more suitable users for our 2 and 3 room apartments located in The Hague. These properties are offered based on anti-squat.

The apartments have an average size of 61 m2 and consist of 3 rooms, including 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a toilet. The properties are located in a portico building, which means that the apartments are accessible via a communal entrance and staircase. For the accommodation, you pay a use fee of €230 per month. The price is exclusive of gas/water/electricity and inclusive of service costs. With this type of contract, a notice period of 28 days applies.
