Livable is looking for one or more suitable temporary tenant(s) for our 2 and 3 room apartments located in The Hague. These are temporarily rented with a minimum lease term of 6 months.

The apartments have an average surface area of 61 m2 and consist of 3 rooms, including 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a toilet. The properties are located in a portico flat, meaning that the apartments can be accessed via a communal entrance and stairs. The price per property varies but is around +/- 450 and 500 euros per month. The price is exclusive of gas/water/electricity and inclusive of service charges.

Note: The photos are examples of the apartments used because not all properties have available photos.

Surroundings
The properties are located on a main road with ample parking options. Moreover, the city center is nearby at a distance of 1.62km, and there are various amenities in the vicinity. There is a bus stop, park, and supermarket in close proximity. This makes the apartment an ideal stay for people seeking a central location with easy access to public transport and amenities.

Conditions
To qualify for a property, you must meet the following requirements:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• Verifiable stable income (salary, student finance);
• Income on the income statement (IBRI) should not exceed €27,209 (2024) or €28,334 (2025) for a single-person household.
• Must have liability insurance;
• Legally residing in the Netherlands and any residence permit is valid for at least three more years;
• Must be flexible and representative and have a sense of responsibility;
• Must be able to provide a fallback address if the property ends;
• Sufficient command of the Dutch language;
• No pets;
