Proof of current residence outside The Hague (BRP extract, tenancy agreement or recent utility bill, no older than 3 months)

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Why do I have to prove that I come from outside The Hague? Under the Fixed Tenancy Contracts Act, only students relocating to another municipality for their studies qualify for a temporary tenancy contract. As the landlord, we are legally required to verify this.

Can I extend the contract after 12 months? After the temporary contract ends, an open-ended tenancy agreement may be offered, but only if both parties wish to do so.

When is the property available? The property is available from 1 July 2026. You can indicate your preferred start date in your application.
