Requirements
To qualify for a home, you must meet the following requirements:

• Your gross annual income on the income statement (IBRI) must not exceed €27,209 (2024) or €28,334 (2025) for a single-person household and not exceed €36,950 (2024) or €38,478 (2025) for a two-person household.
• Insured for liability;
• Legally residing in the Netherlands and any residence permit must be valid for at least three more years;
• Being flexible and representative and having a sense of responsibility;
• Being able to provide a fallback address in case the housing ends;
• Sufficient command of the Dutch language;
• No pets;
