RENTAL CONDITIONS
To qualify for this rental property, a number of allocation criteria are applied by the landlord:

- Your partner's income is fully taken into account. For candidate tenants who both receive AOW, both incomes can be counted for 100%;

Other important information:
- Minimum rental period is 12 months;
