Location:
The rooms are located in the Oosterpoortbuurt. In the immediate vicinity, you will find various dining options, supermarkets, and other daily amenities, all within walking distance. Within a few minutes by bike, you can reach the Grote Markt and the city center of Groningen.

Layout:
You enter through the kitchen of the house, which provides access to all rooms and the common areas. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, induction cooker, extractor hood, and combination microwave. The rooms are located on the ground floor.

Rent and deposit:
The basic rent for room 1 is €685,- (photos 4 and 5);
The basic rent for room 2 is €711,- (photos 6,7 and 8). This room also provides access to the garden.
The basic rent for room 3 is €695,- (photos 9 and 10).
The security deposit is one month's rent. Please note: it is not possible to apply for housing allowance for room rental.
The tenants are responsible for signing contracts for the other utilities themselves.

Availability and rental period:
The room is available from 20-07-2026. The rental agreement is for an indefinite period.
