The house is also conveniently located in relation to the highway and is located on the waterway 'de Zomervaart'. There are several catering establishments in the immediate vicinity, within 200 meters you will be in the Amsterdamstraat shopping street and for your groceries both the Dekamarkt and Albert Heijn are within walking distance.
The rent of this fully furnished apartment is excluding utilities. A rent including utilities, TV connection and internet is possible. Pets and smoking not allowed.
