RENTAL CONDITIONS:
To qualify for this rental home, the landlord has set some income requirements. These are as follows:
- In the case of 1 income, your gross monthly income must be at least 3.5 times the rent amount. Any fixed allowances such as vacation pay, end-of-year bonuses, etc. can be included;
- In the case of 2 incomes (yours and your partner's), the lowest income can be counted for 50%;
