REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

• A color copy of a valid ID card or passport, any residence permit (front and back). A copy of the driver’s license is not sufficient;
• Excerpt from the GBA (municipal basic administration) with address history;
• Landlord’s statement (if rented accommodation) or mortgage statement (if purchased accommodation);
• If purchased, assignment confirmation from the realtor regarding the sale of the property including expected proceeds; or if your property is sold: first 2 pages of the (draft) purchase agreement;
• Last year’s statement from the mortgage lender;
• Divorce settlement, if applicable;
• Proof of own capital.

If you are an employee, we kindly ask you to attach the following documents to the completed registration form:

• Employer’s statement (not older than 1 month), if applicable with a letter of intent;
• Copy of the last 3 pay slips with account number;
• Copy of bank statements from the last 3 salary deposits;
• A copy of the bank card/ATM card of the same account number as the bank statements.

If you are a self-employed entrepreneur, we kindly ask you to attach the following documents to the completed registration form:

• Excerpt from the Chamber of Commerce (not older than 1 month);
• Accountant’s reports from the past two years (signed by accountant or bookkeeper);
• Copy of the last income/corporate tax return (IB60);
• Copy of business account bank statement (not older than 1 month);
• Copy of accompanying bank card / ATM card;

If you are retired, we kindly ask you to attach the following documents to the completed registration form:

• Copy of the last year’s statement(s), (pension, AOW);
• Copy of bank statement of the last deposit(s) from your pension or AOW (etc.);
