  • If purchasing, assignment confirmation from the realtor regarding the sale of the house including expected return; or if your house has been sold: first 2 pages of the (draft) purchase agreement;
  • Last annual statement from the mortgage lender;
  • Divorce decree, if applicable;
  • Proof of own capital.

If you are employed, we kindly ask you to include the following documents with the completed registration form:

  • Employer's declaration (not older than 1 month), if applicable with intention declaration;
  • Copy of the last 3 payslips with account number;
  • Copy of bank statements of the last 3 salary deposits;
  • A copy of the bank card/pin card of the same account number as the bank statements.

If you are self-employed, we kindly ask you to include the following documents with the completed registration form:

  • Extract from the Chamber of Commerce (not older than 1 month);
  • Accountant reports from the past two years (signed by an accountant or bookkeeper);
  • Copy of the last tax return income/corporate tax (IB60);
  • Copy bank statement from the business account (not older than 1 month);
  • Copy accompanying bank card / pin card;
