REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

  • A color copy of a valid ID card or passport, any residence permit (front and back). A copy of a driver's license does not suffice;
  • Extract GBA (municipal population register) with address history;
  • Landlord declaration (if rental property) or mortgage statement (if purchase property);
  • If purchasing property, confirmation of assignment by estate agent regarding home sale, including expected proceeds; or if your home has been sold: the first 2 pages of the (draft) purchase agreement;
  • Last year's statement from the mortgage lender;
  • Divorce agreement, if applicable;
  • Proof of own assets.

If you are employed, we kindly ask you to attach the following documents to the completed registration form:

  • Employer's declaration (not older than 1 month), if applicable with letter of intent;
  • Copy of the last 3 payslips with bank account number;
  • Copy of bank statements of the last 3 salary deposits;
  • A copy of the bank card/ATM card of the same account number as the bank statements.

If you are self-employed, we kindly request that you attach the following documents to the completed registration form:

  • An extract from the Chamber of Commerce (not older than 1 month);
  • Accountant reports from the past two years (signed by an accountant or bookkeeper);
  • Copy of the last income/corporate tax return (IB60);
  • Copy of bank statement of the business account (not older than 1 month);
  • Copy of the accompanying bank card/ATM card;

If you are retired, we kindly request that you attach the following documents to the completed registration form:

  • Copy of the last year statements (pension, AOW);
  • Copy of bank statement of the last deposit(s) of your pension or AOW (etc.);
  • Copy of the bank card/ATM card of the same account number as the bank statement.
