The warehouse has been restored to a high standard and consists of 15 unique homes across 3 residential floors, and there is an elevator present. The look & feel of the warehouse has been fully restored to its authentic state, but the facilities and finishes are completely modern with a luxurious finish. The industrial roots of the Zaan region combined with luxurious living.

With a magical view, the apartment is a wonderful place to unwind. In spring and summer, you open the balcony doors and bring the outside inside. In short, an idyllic home with a roof terrace just a stone's throw from the center of Wormerveer.

Our warehouse apartments are fully furnished for occupancy by 1 or 2 people. You immediately feel at home thanks to the carefully selected high-end furniture.

All homes in the warehouse are independent 2-room apartments with a spacious bathroom, living room with a fully equipped kitchen, and a separate toilet. Naturally, each apartment is equipped with modern facilities such as high-speed Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, and a washing machine/dryer.

We believe that a wonderfully luxurious living does not have to come at the earth’s expense. That is why our apartments are built and furnished with a strong focus on sustainability and circularity.

The apartments are available for short stay, which means you can rent from us from one day up to a maximum of six months. Due to our permit, you cannot register yourself at the address. If after six months you are still looking for a home, we will surely have an apartment available in one of our other properties for a new unique experience.

Rent price: EUR 1,815 per month, including VAT, excluding advance GWL costs of €120 per month.
