For a project in the Zaanstreek, we are looking for suitable tenants!

It concerns temporary rental (from 6 months) of single-family homes ranging from 65 to 90 m². These are former rental properties in Wormerveer, Krommenie, Westzaan, and Zaandam. The notice period is 3 months, with the first 6 months of residence guaranteed.

The rental sum varies per property and is between €450 and €650 per month, excluding utilities and municipal taxes. The service costs are a few euros per month and are intended for the glass fund.

Cohabitation and pets (provided they do not cause nuisance) are allowed.

Regarding residence, some restrictions apply, including that single-parent families with resident children cannot live here. The reason for this is the character and uncertainty surrounding the temporary use of a property. We also do not place tenants with welfare benefits, no individuals who are insufficiently proficient in the Dutch language, and we do not have a second chance policy. We assess the suitability of the potential tenant based on income, and we do not work with guarantees. Please check our website for the conditions.
