From April 1, 2026, a nice student room will be available at Heymanslaan 30A in Groningen.

Location:
The room is located in the Korreweg neighborhood. In the immediate vicinity, there is an Albert Heijn, cafes, and restaurants and the city center is just a 10-minute bike ride away.

Layout:
Upon entering, you enter the hallway, which provides access to all rooms and the communal areas. The apartment is shared with 6 male and female housemates. The kitchen features a spacious kitchen used by a total of 3 residents. On the top floor, there is a bathroom that is shared with the entire house. There is a separate toilet available. The room is located on the second floor, has an area of approximately 9m2, and has its own sink.

Rent and deposit:
The rent is €375,- excluding. The deposit is one month’s rent. Please note: for room rentals, it is not possible to apply for housing allowance.

The tenants are responsible for entering into contracts for the other utilities.

Availability and rental period:
The room is available from April 1, 2026. The lease will be for an indefinite period.
