The room is located in the Schildersbuurt neighborhood and is close to various amenities. There are several eateries in the immediate vicinity. For daily groceries, an Albert Heijn supermarket is within walking distance. The city center is just a few minutes' walk away. Additionally, the Hanze University of Applied Sciences and the University of Groningen are easily accessible by bike or bus.

Layout and amenities:
Upon entering, you will find yourself in the common hall, which provides access to all rooms and the shared bathrooms and toilets. The room is located on the ground floor and has a surface area of approximately 17 m². The room features a private kitchen. The toilet and shower are shared with two other residents.

Rent and deposit:
The rent for the room is €670, including an advance payment of €120 for gas, water, electricity, and internet.
The deposit is one month's rent.
Please note: housing benefit is not possible for room rentals.

Availability and rental period:
The room is available from November 1, 2026.
The rental agreement is for an indefinite period.
