This charming ground-floor apartment is located in Amsterdam’s historic Entrepotdok area, close to Artis Royal Zoo and the Maritime Museum. Full of character, the apartment features beautiful original wooden beams and reflects the history of Entrepotdok, whose buildings were originally used as warehouses.

Today, it is a warm and comfortable two-room apartment, ideal for a short stay in Amsterdam.

At the front of the apartment is the spacious living area, with a comfortable seating corner and a separate dining/work area. Double doors provide access to a small private terrace.

Behind the living room is a fully equipped kitchen, including an induction cooktop, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, oven with microwave function, Nespresso coffee machine, air fryer and toaster.

Between the living room and kitchen, behind the television, is the first bathroom, equipped with a shower, toilet and washbasin, as well as a washing machine and dryer.

At the quiet rear of the apartment is the bedroom. Behind the curtains on the right-hand side is a wardrobe reserved for guests. The other cupboards contain private belongings and are not available for guest use.

The bedroom provides direct access to the second bathroom, which features a large bathtub, toilet and washbasin.

A guest manual and instructional video will be available to explain the apartment, appliances and other practical information.

Cleaning: is included in the rent

Important information before booking:

Dogs normally live in this apartment. Although the apartment will be cleaned before your stay, traces of pet hair, dander and/or pet odour may remain. The apartment is therefore not suitable for guests with dog or pet allergies.

Exterior building maintenance: During November, maintenance work will be carried out on the facade of the building and scaffolding will be present outside. As this is a ground-floor apartment, the front windows will not be covered with protective sheeting, so you will still have a clear view outside. Some daytime construction noise and the presence of workers may occur. The rental price has been discounted to reflect this temporary inconvenience.

Pets: Dogs are allowed (not on sofa and bed).
