The independent studio is located on the first floor and is fully furnished.
The complex has laundry rooms with washing machines and dryers, secure bicycle storage, private parking, and a spacious outdoor terrace.

The rent is €680, including water, cleaning of the common areas (inside and outside), and waste disposal.

Rent allowance for this accommodation is possible from the age of 21.
