Therefore, we are looking for residents who are social, calm, and involved, and who fit into this special living environment.
Additionally, various facilities are available on-site through ZIN! Day Care, such as a restaurant, bike repair shop, second-hand clothing store, and a garden where residents can make use of them.
What can you expect?
• A cozy and involved atmosphere with other Ad Hoc residents
• Rooms and apartments ranging from 12 m² to 70 m²
• Temporary rental contracts with a minimum of 6 months living guarantee
• Rental prices from approx. €300,- excluding service costs
Who are we looking for?
Neat and social young people between 18 and 35 years old, preferably students or starters. Having a care background and being open to doing volunteer work is a plus.
