Conditions:

To be eligible for living space via Livable, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old;
• Have a connection to Ede
• Be open to volunteer work
• Possess a stable income (salary, benefits, student finance);
• Your gross annual income on the income statement (IBRI) must not exceed €27,209 (2024) or €28,334 (2025) for a one-person household and must not exceed €36,950 (2024) or €38,478 (2025) for a two-person household.
• Be insured for liability;
• Legally reside in the Netherlands and have any residence permit that is still valid for at least 3 years;
• Have sufficient command of the Dutch language;
• Have a fallback address;
• Maximum of 1 pet
• Have no minor resident children;
• And very importantly > be flexible and presentable and have a sense of responsibility!
