You can leave a response via the Maxx website by clicking on ‘Yes, I’m interested’. We are unable to process your response over the phone. Once a viewing has been arranged with the current tenant, candidates who have expressed an interest in the property will be invited in chronological order. So please respond as soon as possible!

AVAILABILITY & TENANCY PERIOD
The minimum tenancy period is 12 months. The tenancy agreement will then be automatically renewed for an indefinite period. You may then give notice to terminate the tenancy, subject to one calendar month’s notice.

RENT AND SECURITY DEPOSIT
The rent excludes gas, water, electricity and council charges. The advance payment for these is 205 euros (excluding council charges). The security deposit is equal to one month’s gross rent. The deposit will be returned once the property has been returned to the landlord in at least the same condition.

RENTAL ALLOWANCE
The property meets the requirements for applying for a rental allowance. Whether you are actually entitled to a rental allowance depends, amongst other things, on your age, income and assets. Please check the Tax and Customs Administration’s website for more information!

TENANT
For this property, we are looking for a student and/or a weekend tenant. A guarantor is an advantage.

ABOUT THE PROPERTY
The 25 m² studio was renovated a few years ago, and the beautiful complex features a large roof terrace with stunning views of Zwolle city centre.

The studio is unfurnished and fitted with PVC flooring and curtains. The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, extractor hood and fridge-freezer. Both the kitchen and bathroom have a modern look.

The complex has communal laundry rooms with washing machines and tumble dryers. Each wash or dry cycle must be paid for by debit card. An advantage of this is that there is no need to purchase a washing machine or tumble dryer.

There is also a bicycle storage area in the basement, and a parking space can be rented behind the building, subject to availability.

From this location, Zwolle city centre is just a few minutes’ cycle ride away. The railway station is approximately a 10-minute cycle ride away. Entertainment venues such as Hedon and the Pathé cinema are just round the corner. The Diezerpoort shopping centre, with a wide range of shops, is also just a few minutes’ walk away.
