ABOUT THE PROPERTY
The 24m² studio was renovated a few years ago, and the beautiful complex features a large rooftop terrace with stunning views of Zwolle’s city center.

The studio is unfurnished but includes a PVC floor and curtains. The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooktop, range hood, and refrigerator with freezer compartment, both with a modern finish.

The complex has shared laundry rooms with a washing machine and dryer, which can be used with a debit card for each load—no need to buy your own washer or dryer.

Additionally, there is a bike storage area in the basement, and a parking spot can be rented behind the building, subject to availability.

The city center of Zwolle is just a few minutes away by bike, and the train station is about a 10-minute bike ride. Entertainment spots like Hedon and Pathé cinema are nearby, as well as the Diezerpoort shopping center, which is a few minutes’ walk away and has a variety of stores.
