The property is located on the singel in Breda Center with a view of the large church and the KMA. The city center and central station are within walking distance. Various supermarkets are located around the corner. It is possible to park the car at the property with a parking permit. We recommend contacting the Municipality of Breda for more information about availability.

The rent is €370.00 including gas, water, electricity, internet signal, and municipal taxes.
The deposit is €500.00. In consultation, it may be requested to pay a higher deposit in uncertain situations.

If you are interested in the property, please register on the StadHuis Breda website (if you have not already done so) and then sign up by phone at ****** for the viewing on Monday, March 16 from 12.00.
