PRICE STRUCTURE
The monthly rent is € 2,740,- of which € 240,- is for fixed service costs and costs for furnishing, furniture, appliances, and internet/TV connection.
The monthly advance for utilities is € 185,- of which € 15,- for water, € 30,- for electricity, and € 140,- for heating and cooling from Eneco. These advances will be settled annually. The one-time deposit is € 5,480,-
