On the first floor, there is the bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. All common areas are shared with a total of five housemates.

Rent and deposit:
The rent for room 4 is €695 per month, including an advance of €70 for gas, water, electricity, and internet.
The deposit is one month's rent.
