Through the hallway, you gain access to all rooms and the various communal areas. The spacious living room with open kitchen, bathroom, and toilet is shared with four male housemates. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and sink, and the toilet is located in the hallway. The room has an area of approximately 15 m². There is also a shared balcony and a spacious rooftop terrace.

Rent and deposit:
The rent is €655 per month, including an advance of €80 for water, gas, and electricity. The security deposit is one month's rent.

Availability and rental period:
The room is available immediately. The rental agreement is for an indefinite period.
