The house is located in a cozy neighborhood in Groningen, but still offers many conveniences in the immediate vicinity. Various shops, supermarkets, and nice restaurants are within cycling distance. The center of Groningen and the train station can be quickly reached by bike, making it easy to get to the center or travel by train to other destinations.

Layout:
Upon entering the house, you enter the hall, which provides access to all rooms. On the first floor, rooms 1 to 4 are located. Room 1 has an area of approximately 20 m² (photos 2 to 4), room 2 has an area of approximately 17 m² (photos 5 and 6), and room 3 has an area of approximately 13 m² (photos 7 and 8). Room 4 consists of two spaces, one located on the first floor and the other on the second floor. The total area of room 4 is approximately 18 m² (photos 9 to 11). Room 5 is located on the second floor and has an area of approximately 17 m² (photos 12 to 15). The rent for room 3 is €616 per month, excluding service costs. The tenant is responsible for closing contracts for other utilities.
The rent for room 4 is €674 per month, excluding service costs. The tenant is responsible for closing contracts for other utilities.
