Through the entrance, you have access to all rooms of the house. On the first floor, there is a separate toilet and a bathroom with a shower. There is also a toilet and a bathroom on the second floor. This bathroom is equipped with a shower and sink. You share the common facilities with seven male and one female housemate. The room is located on the first floor and has an area of approximately 18 m². The room has its own kitchen, equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and sufficient cupboard space.

Rent and deposit:
The rent for the room is €644.- per month, including an advance of €115,- for gas, water, electricity, and internet.
The deposit is one month's rent.
