The room is located in the Herewegbuurt. In the immediate vicinity, there are plenty of amenities such as cafes, sports schools, and public transport. For daily groceries, a Plus supermarket is within walking distance. The center of Groningen is easily accessible, both on foot and by bike.

Layout:
Through the entrance, you have access to all areas of the house. On the first floor, there is a separate toilet and a bathroom with a shower. There is also a toilet and a bathroom on the second floor. This bathroom is equipped with a shower and sink. The shared facilities are shared with seven male and one female roommate. The room is located on the first floor and has an area of approximately 18 m². The room has its own kitchen, equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and sufficient cupboard space.

Rent and deposit:
The rent for the room is €644.- per month, including an advance of €115.- for gas, water, electricity, and internet.
The deposit is one month's rent.
Please note: For room rental, it is not possible to apply for housing benefit.

Availability and rental period:
The room will be available from 01-07-2026. The rental agreement will be for an indefinite period.
