You enter into the shared hallway, which gives access to the communal kitchen, which is equipped with an extractor hood, gas stove, oven, and dishwasher, as well as to the living room of approximately 22 m² and the toilet. The bedrooms are located on the second floor. Room 3 is approximately 6 m². Finally, there is a bathroom of about 3 m², equipped with a shower and a sink.

Rent and deposit:
The rent for room 3 is €595,- per month, including an advance of €75,- for gas, water, and electricity. The deposit is one month’s rent. No housing allowance is possible for room rentals.
