Location:
The Korreweg district is a cozy neighborhood, close to the Noorderplantsoen. A supermarket is within walking distance. The center with all amenities, including shops and restaurants, is just a few minutes by bike.

Layout:
You enter the shared hallway, from where both the living room and the bathroom can be accessed. There is also a separate toilet in the hallway. The living room provides access to the kitchen and also leads to the spacious balcony. The kitchen is equipped with an extractor hood, gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The common areas are shared with two other residents. The room in question has an area of 11.12 m2.

Rent and deposit:
The rent for the room is €500,- exclusive per month. The security deposit is one month's rent. PLEASE NOTE: it is not possible to apply for housing allowance for room rental.

Availability and rental period:
The room is available immediately. The rental agreement is for an indefinite period.
