Layout:
Upon entering, you arrive in the hallway, which provides access to all rooms, the kitchen, the toilet, and the bathroom. The property has a total of five rooms, located on the first and second floors. The available room is on the second floor and has an area of approximately 16 m². The communal areas, such as the kitchen and bathroom, are shared with four housemates (both women and men). The toilet is separate.

Rent and deposit:
The rent for room 5 is €620,- per month, excluding utilities. The deposit is one month's rent.
Please note: for room rentals, it is not possible to apply for housing allowance.

Availability and rental period:
The room is available from 01-04-2026. The lease is for an indefinite period.
