The common areas are shared with four female roommates. The bathroom is also on the first floor and is equipped with a shower and sink. The toilet is separate and is located on the ground floor.

Rent and deposit:
The rent for room 2 is €575 per month, excluding. The deposit amounts to one month's rent. Note: it is not possible to apply for housing allowance for room rental.
