- You must have an employment contract of at least one year. Zero (0)-hours contracts cannot be taken into account. Contracts through a secondment agency, temporary employment agency or payroll organisation will be assessed on the basis of the relevant terms and conditions.

- The minimum tenancy period is 12 months;
- Service charges amount to €60 per month;
