The Limawonen project offers this apartment for rent in a former office building in Waddinxveen, which was largely renovated and completed in 2020.

During the renovation, the entire building was transformed according to current quality standards in the housing market, resulting in all apartments receiving an energy label A.

This apartment is located on the ground floor and has its own terrace.

When you enter the apartment through the front door, you will find the hallway of the property. The hallway provides access to the toilet, the spacious living room with open kitchen, and the bathroom.

The living room with open kitchen is very bright due to the large window and is neatly finished with a PVC floor and clean walls. SELECTION PROCEDURE:

As a tenant, you have the opportunity to explain your personal situation during the screening.

Candidates who do not get assigned the property after screening have the right to further explanation, and of course, they can view the screening report.
