It concerns temporary rental (starting from 6 months) of apartments ranging from 75 to 100 m2. These are former rental homes in Wijk bij Duurstede, spread over 5 flats. The notice period is 3 months, with the first 6 months of occupancy guaranteed.

The rent varies per property and is between € 600 and € 800 per month, excluding utilities and municipal taxes. The service costs are approximately € 170 per month as an advance on the district heating costs and the maintenance of the common areas.

Co-habitation and pets (as long as they do not cause disturbance) are possible.

With regard to occupancy, some restrictions apply, including that single-parent families with resident children are not allowed to live here. The reason for this is the nature and uncertainty regarding the temporary use of a property. We also do not accommodate residents with a social benefit, nor people who do not have sufficient command of the Dutch language, and we do not have a second chance policy.
