The owner is temporarily staying abroad for work and will return to the home after the rental period. Therefore, the apartment is rented exclusively on a temporary basis for a maximum of 24 months, based on a rental agreement with a diplomat clause (sublet).

LOCATION

The Bosrankstraat is located in Buiksloterham in Amsterdam-Noord, a modern and dynamic district on the northern banks of the IJ. The former industrial area has developed into an attractive residential environment where modern architecture, creative businesses, hospitality and greenery come together.

The location is particularly favorable with respect to Amsterdam's city centre. The ferry connections at Distelweg, Buiksloterweg and the NDSM terrain are quickly reachable by bicycle and offer excellent connections to Amsterdam Centraal and the city centre.

Amsterdam-Noord also has a lot to offer for leisure and hospitality. The NDSM terrain, the IJ-hallen, the Eye Filmmuseum and the A'DAM Tower are all within a short distance. In addition, there are various popular restaurants, cafés and recreational facilities in the surroundings.

Supermarkets, shops, sports facilities and other everyday amenities are easily accessible. By car, the main roads towards the A10 Ring Road are quickly reached.

RENTAL CONDITIONS

  • Net rent: € 2,350 per month.
  • Advance payment for service costs and heating: € 100 per month.
  • Total monthly rent including advance payment: € 2,450.
  • Annual settlement: the advance payment for heating and service costs is settled annually based on the actual costs. If costs are higher, a supplementary payment is due; if costs are lower, the tenant receives the difference back.
  • Parking space: optionally available for € 125 per month.
  • Total monthly costs including parking space and advance payment: € 2,575.
  • Excluded: electricity, water and internet, insofar as not included in the advance payment.
  • Deposit: € 4,700 (2 months' rent)
  • Rental period: maximum 24 months.
