To be eligible for this rental property, the landlord has set some income requirements. These are as follows:

- In case of 2 incomes (from you and your partner), the lowest income can be counted at 50%;
- If you are employed, you must at least have a fixed-term employment contract (year contract with letter of intent) or an indefinite contract. Zero-hour, agency, or flexible contracts are not considered;
- If you are retired, the sum of AOW and any net pension must be at least 3.5 times the rent;

In addition to the income requirements, the following rental conditions apply:
