Location

Ploegstraat is located in Tuindorp Vreewijk, one of the first garden villages in the Netherlands, known for its green streets and quiet atmosphere. Just around the corner is the Hillehof, a monumental former school complex that has been beautifully transformed into housing.

For groceries, food and coffee, the Beijerlandselaan and Zuidplein shopping centre are close by. Zuiderpark is within cycling distance. Tram stops are a few minutes' walk away, and Zuidplein metro station and Rotterdam Zuid train station are approx. 6 to 7 minutes by bike. Inholland at Kop van Zuid is approx. 15 minutes by bike, Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and Erasmus MC approx. 20 minutes, and Erasmus University approx. 25 minutes.
